Компрессорная головка С415М. Поршневая, масляная. Производит 630 л/мин на выходе при рабочим давлении 10 атмосфер. Изготавливается из чугуна. Компрессорная головка поставляется в комплекте с отбалансированным маховиком и лопастями охлаждения. Для приведения в движения и достижения расчетной производительности 630 литров в минуту необходим электромотор на 380 вольт, мощностью 5.5 кВт. Ремни, электродвигатель, шпонку и правильно подобранный к нему шкив можно приобрести у нас.

Головка компрессорная С415М - одна из самых популярных компрессорных головок, двухступенчатая, двухцилиндровая. Для приведения в движения и достижения расчетной производительности 630 литров в минуту необходим электромотор на 380 вольт, мощностью 5.5 кВт. Ремни, электродвигатель, шпонку и правильно подобранный к нему шкив можно приобрести у нас.

Для пневмоагрегатов, выпускаемых Бежецким заводом «АСО», характерно использование надежных технических узлов, среди которых и компрессорная головка С415М, в частности. Использование узла на многих моделях поршневых пневмостанций доказывает ценность его эксплуатационных характеристик.

Монтаж

Обычным местом монтажа пневмоблока является горизонтальный ресивер, наличие которого присуще многим моделям стационарных и передвижных энергоустройств. Рядом размещают электродвигатель типа АИР, который потребует подвода энерголинии напряжением 380 вольт. Также в компрессорах с этой моделью устройства, вырабатывающего сжатый воздух, в качестве привода могут использоваться двигатели внутреннего сгорания.

Это поршневое двухцилиндровое оснащение, в котором сжатие воздушной смеси происходит в двухступенчатом режиме при прохождении по цилиндру высокого и низкого давления.  

Назначение

Являясь основным оснащением пневмостанции, эта модификация пневмоблока позволяет получать около 630 литров сжатого воздуха рабочим давлением 10 бар. При работе в полевых условиях необходимо учитывать диапазон допустимых температур, при котором агрегат функционирует полноценно. Температурные показатели окружающей среды должны быть не ниже 10 и не выше 40 градусов тепла по Цельсию.

Является оснащением поршневых компрессоров с ресивером, используемых в промышленности и при строительстве или ремонте объектов любого функционального назначения.
